Abstract

The research aimed to develop a Zumba training program in an aquatic environment for working women, evaluating its impact on occupational stress (administrative, material, human, social, and personal pressures) and career quality of life (leadership, career promotion, training, wages, working conditions, human relations, and job security). The experimental approach was applied to a sample of 25 employees from the College of Science and Studies at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University, Saudi Arabia. Tools used included occupational stress and career quality of life scales, along with the Zumba program, while statistical methods included mean, standard deviation, median, torsion coefficient, correlation coefficient, T-test, and improvement rates.

Among the most important results

1. The Zumba program in the aquatic medium significantly reduced occupational stress at a 0.05 significance level.

2. The program also positively impacted the quality of career life for working women at the 0.05 level.

3. Improvement rates for occupational stress ranged from 9.61% to 15.00%.

4. Improvement rates for career quality of life ranged from 16.67% to 28.00%.

These results suggest that incorporating aquatic Zumba training can effectively reduce occupational stress and enhance the overall quality of career life for working women.
