Abstract

The main objective of the research is to identify the effect of directed load training on the curve of change in some motor and functional abilities and the level of technical performance of the long jump competition, The research community included all the long jump runners enrolled in the junior training center in the Eastern Athletics region for the sports season 2024/2025, which numbered (28) players, and Classification of the sample into the sample of the exploratory study and the number of (10) players, and the sample of the basic research of (18) players, and the most important results:

1- The impact of the directed load training program was positive on the curve of change in the level of motor abilities represented in (muscular ability, speed, maximum strength, flexibility) at the level of morale, 0.05.

2- The effect of the directed load training program positively on the curve of change in the level of functional abilities, represented in (motor compatibility - the ability to balance - the ability of the muscles working with the foot of the rise - the range of motion of the knee joint - the strength and stability of the center muscles - the functional strength of the trunk muscles - motor linkage) at the level of moral 0.05.

3- The impact of the directed load training program is positive on the curve of change in the level of technical performance of the long jump competition.
