يهدف البحث الي دراسة تقويمية لاليات تطبيق التنمية البشرية المستدامة بالمؤسسات الرياضية فى ضوء نظم ومعايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة وکان من اهم نتئج البحث التوصل الي تقييم وتقويم لاليات تطبيق التنمية البشرية المستدامة بالمؤسسات الرياضية فى ضوء نظم ومعايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة وتقديم مقترح لها .


 



 



 





 The current research is aimed at assessing the sustainable human development of sports institutions applying mechanisms in light of the systems and standards of total quality management .
The researcher   used a descriptive approach (surveys style), is research community in Sada, deputy ministers and general managers and directors of departments and personnel and human resource management at the Ministry of Youth and Sports and some workers Olympic Committee and sports federations and departments of Youth and Sports, the Arab Republic of Egypt, was chosen as the research sample randomly from the research community and adult stature (126) members .
The researcher used an analysis of documents and records and a questionnaire evaluating sustainable human development of sports institutions applying mechanisms in light of the systems and standards of total quality management .
One of the most important findings is not clear strategies clear and stated policies, which are the basis of the practice in all the activities of human resource management, and it was the recommendations put a clear strategy and specific sustainable human development of sports institutions could follow in refining and rehabilitation and preparing workers to ensure the preparation of cadres and administrative leaders qualified .
