• The editorial board ensures its full compliance with the publishing regulations, as manuscripts that do not comply with the publishing regulations will be returned directly to their authors until the regulations are met.
• The author(s) is/are send an electronic copy of the manuscript written on the Microsoft Word software. Via the journal email (Article 1).
• The author(s) send a letter of publishing interest (Motivation Letter).
• The author(s) is/are requested to apply a consent, that the manuscript should not be submitted to any other journal. Until the review process ends.
• The Email is attached with the following files:
  • First File (Page Title):
    • The manuscript entitle in Arabic and English.
    • The author(s) Full name.
    • Arabic/ English abstract, maximum 200 word, and the Corresponding author email
    • 3 to 5 keywords.
    • The author(s) position and university.
  • second File:
    • The full manuscript (without author(s) name(s) / position).
    • The manuscript attachments (without author(s) name(s) / position).

Research writing obligations:

1. Font size (14), A4 paper size on one side.
2. Font type for the abstract in Arabic (Simplified Arabic).
3. Font type for research and articles in English (Times New Roman).
4. Page Indentation (3 cm) for both sides, and (3 cm) before and after the page.
5. Single spacing between lines.
6. The tables and figures titles are written in font size (12).
7. Pages numbered at middle bottom of the page.
8. The research should not exceed (20) pages. {In case of any increase, Article (9) will be applied}.

What should be taken into account in writing the research:

Research should take the general form, which goes through the following steps:

1. Introduction: Includes the theoretical framework of the research, previous studies are part of it and integrated into the introduction (i.e. without a separate title).
2. Problem of the study, its importance, objectives, questions/or hypotheses.
3. Methodology and study procedures: This includes (the population, sample, study tools, study procedures, and data analysis method).
4. The results: include analysing and discussion of the results, tables and figures.
5. Discussion: Sometimes it is possible to combine discussion with results and
6. References: References are written in one of the following ways:

• The AMERICAN PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION DOCUMENTATION SYSTEM ( APA )  
• DOCUMENTING DIGITAL SIGNALS (THE EGYPTIAN METHOD)

7. Appendices / Attachments, if any.

The financial compensation for evaluating and publishing research/ manuscript in the journal (in Egyptian pounds), for non-Egyptians (in US dollar American or its equivalent in Egyptian pounds)

The financial compensation for evaluating and publishing the research extracted from a scientific thesis, and its condition of publishing it is within the requirements of a discussion the original thesis for those enrolled in postgraduate studies from the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls - Helwan University.

Note: The Author/s pays (25) Egyptian pounds for each extra page after the twentieth main pages in the research for Egyptians.

While the Author/s pays (10) US dollars for each extra page after the twentieth main pages in the research for Non-Egyptians.

• In case the author from within the faculty participates with other authors from outside the faculty, the highest fees  of the financial compensation mentioned in all previous items will be applied.
• The researcher may upon his request, print a complete copy of the journal issue or part of the issue of the journal issue that contains his personal research accepted for publication, after submitting a request to the Chairman of the Journal’s Board of Directors in order to submit it as a requirement for promotion to the rapporteur of the promotion committee for the positions of professors and assistant professors. The researcher request covers all financial expenses for printing without any legal administrative or scientific responsibility of the journal’s board of directors.
