Abstract

he current research goal is to identify the actual beginnings of volleyball training among Kuwaiti players from 14-16 years, and the study sample reached 50 players in Kuwait City, and the researcher used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire was a tool for data collection, and the most important results were that there were weaknesses in the levels of volleyball schools and academies The study showed that there is an effect on the level of the training age due to the lack of real participation in the matches, and the study showed that the actual age of the beginning of the players ’training is 9.8 years, which is the best age for training players in volleyball, and there was a relationship between the more work and training When the technical level of female players in volleyball increased, the study recommended the necessity of long-term training plans for volleyball training for girls from early beginnings with the necessity of establishing academies for volleyball in Iqleut and searching for trainers with training competence in the junior stages in order to support national teams and sports teams in a way Good, as the study showed the necessity of the presence of anthropometric and physiological measurements in the early form of players with the presence of training and administrative records for them in order to monitor the training status of them and link them to the level of technical performance of them.
