The effect of a proposed training program on the level of skill performance and some physical attributes of artistic gymnastics juniors under 7 years in light of the Compulsory wholesale requirements

Abstract

This research aims to design a training program for young women in gymnastics using qualitative exercises for physical characteristics and know its effect on developing the level of special physical characteristics of young women under (7) years in gymnastics, represented in (the muscle capacity of the legs - the muscle capacity of the arms - the strength of the muscles of the abdomen - speed Transition - Balance - Flexibility) and improving the level of skill performance on different gymnastics devices (jump table - crossbar of different height - balance beam - floor movements(,The researcher used the descriptive method by using the qualitative analysis of the mandatory compulsions, and also used the experimental method in applying the research experience, in the pre and post measurement method for one experimental group, and applied the research to a sample of the Academy of Sports Education College for Girls in Al-Jizizah, and the number of (12) young adults ranged between ( 6-7) years, the results have resulted in developing the level of special and professional physical qualities for young women under (7) years in gymnastics
