The effectiveness of different resistance aerobic program on the level blood lipoprotein for obese women

Abstract

Background: women passing three stages in their lives, menopause one of them is an integral and natural part of life, due to a change in hormones and fatty density of levels on blood, physical inactivity and obesity are considered to be two of the most important risk factors for developing glucose intolerance and developing serious health problems such as cardiovascular diseases and clot in the arteries.

The aim of the current research was to study the effect of different resistance aerobic program (12 weeks, 3 times per week) on the level blood lipoprotein for obese ladies.
Methods: fifty female subjects from Egypt aged 40-50 years were recruited through advertisements. They underwent an assessment of health state before testing and starting the exercise program. Cholesterol, high fat density, low fat density, and triple gelsred levels were tested before and after completing the intervention. T-test for paired samples was performed to compare both time points (level of significance p < 0.05).

Results: Comparing cholesterol significantly improved (p < 0.05-0.001) and there was also a significant increase in high density fat (p < 0.000), low density fat and
triple gelsred (both p < 0.000).

Conclusion: Three months of regular different resistance aerobic program (12 weeks, 3 times per week) improving on the level blood lipoprotein for obese Egyptian ladies.
