Abstract

The research aims to develop the skill and physical level of the tennis beginner (under age 16)
1- Recognizing the influence of the suggested training program on developing the physical level of the tennis beginner.
2- Recognizing the influence of the suggested training program on developing the skill level of the tennis beginner.
(1) There are statistical differences between the average of the before measurement and the average of the after measurement at the physical variables" researched" for the favor of the after measurement.
(2) There are statistical differences between the average of the before measurement and the average of the after measurement at the skill variables" researched" for the favor of the after measurement.
The research sample was in (20) beginners
(1) The training program by using the qualitative exercises (researched) has a positive influence in developing the physical performance of the tennis beginner (under age 16) "the research sample at the physical variables (researched).
