Abstract

The research aimed to develop a program using cluster group exercises and know its effect on the following:
1- Special physical abilities (the muscular ability of the two legs - transitional speed - the muscular strength of the two legs. 2 - elasticity of the trunk and thigh - the recoil force index) for young jumpers under. 16 years old The digital level for young jumpers under 16 years old. The researchers used the experimental method on a sample consisting of 12 young and long jump under 16 years, Physical tests - measuring the digital level in the long jump - measuring the rebound strength index. Statistical treatments: (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, median, torsional coefficient, simple correlation coefficient, T-test, Wilson test (y) - Mann and Whitney test (j), improvement ratios (%). Among the most important results, 1- The use of cluster group exercises has a positive statistical significance at level 0.05 on the special physical abilities (muscular capacity of the two legs - transitional velocity - muscular strength of the two legs. 2 - elasticity of the trunk and thigh - the rebound strength index (deep jump)) for young long jump under 16 Years. 3- The presence of improvement ratios for the dimensional tribal measurement for the individuals of the experimental research sample in the physical capabilities and the digital level. The researchers recommend the importance of using the method of training groups to improve the physical and skill level of athletes contestants.
