The effect of using the fixed and variable method on the level of learning of some basic skills in handball by studying physical education

Abstract

The current research aimed to identify the effect of using the fixed and variable method on the performance level of some basic skills in handball by studying physical education.
To achieve the research goal, the researcher used the experimental approach through experimental design that depends on the pre and post measurements of three experimental groups, and the research community consisted of first-year middle school students in the school for the academic year 2019/2020, and the number (251) students, and the research sample was chosen by the way Mayors and their number (45) pupils, and they were divided into three experimental groups. The strength of each group is (15) pupils. To measure the pre and post-performance in the two research groups, the researcher used physical tests and skill tests for the handball skills under consideration. The researcher used the fixed method On the first experimental group, and used the variable method over the second experimental group, and the fixed and variable method on the third experimental group, and after completing data collection the researcher subjected them to statistical transactions to obtain the results The researcher reached the superiority of the third experimental group over the first experimental group, and the second experimental group outperformed The first experimental group in the level of performance of some handball skills under discussion.
