The effectiveness of social media networks in developing awareness of sustainable development issues among physical education teachers in light of Egypt's 2030

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the role of social media networks in developing awareness of sustainable development issues among physical education teachers in light of Egypt's 2030 vision. The researcher used the descriptive approach due to its relevance to the nature of the current research. The research community also included physical education teachers in Cairo governorate for the (preparatory) stages. And the number of (70) schools (private Arab), by (203) teachers of physical education for the academic year 2019-2020 AD, and the researcher also chose the research sample by the deliberate method of physical education teachers in the two governorates of Cairo for the (preparatory) stage, and their number (70) A (private Arab) school, and a random sample of middle school teachers and teachers was selected, whose strength was (130) teachers of physical education, with a percentage of (64.039%) of the total research community. The researcher also selected an exploratory sample of (30) teachers. From the research community and outside the basic research sample to conduct the scientific transactions for the questionnaire "under discussion". The most important conclusions were the effectiveness of social media networks in raising awareness of sustainable development issues for physical education teachers in light of Egypt's vision 2 030 AD, and the most important recommendations were the importance of educating those in charge of sustainable professional development programs towards employing social networking sites in raising awareness of sustainable professional development issues for physical education teachers.
