Search aim: The research aims to investigate the effect of the training program using the cable cross device on improving the performance of F57 Discus throwing. Curriculum used: In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the experimental method using the experimental design of the pre-dimensional measurement of one group. Research sample and characteristics: The research sample was deliberately chosen from the physically disabled for the category of f57 sitting men from the Etisalat Club for the 2019/2020 sports season and the number of contestants was six. The most important results: Among the most important results is that the implementation of the training program has a positive effect on all physical and medical ball tests and an improvement in the digital level of the F57 discus contestants. The need to develop a program for the development of muscle strength before the use of specific exercises for the cable crossover device appropriate to the nature of the practice competition.
