Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of anaerobic endurance training on some physiological variables, the efficiency of biological organizations, and the digital level of the 800-meter contestants. Meter running and registered in the Dakahlia Athletics District and registered in the Egyptian Athletics Federation under 20 years old, and the sample size was 8 contestants.
The most important results were:
- The anaerobic (lactic) training contributed to improving the efficiency of vital regulators in the blood by increasing the strength to ward off the hydrogen ion released as a result of the accumulation of lactic acid.
The use of anaerobic exercises led to an increase in the ability of the muscles to tolerate lactic acid in large quantities for the longest possible period, and this means maintaining the speed for the longest period.
Anaerobic exercises had a positive role in the occurrence of functional adaptations to the physiological variables of the experimental group under investigation.
The results showed a correlation between vital organizations and the digital level.
