Abstract

The aim of the research was to identify the Effect of intermittent high intensity Drills (aerobic-anaerobic) on some Technical Performance variables and record level for the 1500 m/running competitor. The experimental method was used on one experimental group using the (pre – post) measurement, with a sample of (6) Competitors which are signed In the Daqahlia Athletics zone, where the intermittent high intensity Drills(aerobic-anaerobic) applied through a training program for the race and during the special preparation part for 8 weeks with (46) training modules. The measurements were carried out after the measurement of the dimension and then identify the Effect of intermittent high intensity Drills on some Technical Performance variables and record level for the 1500 m/running competitor. The most important conclusion was that the use of intermittent high intensity Drills has contributed to the improvement of some technical performance and record level for 1500 m/running competitor. The most important recommendations the using intermittent high intensity Drills (aerobic-anaerobic) as part of the training programs for the 1500 m/running competitor because of its positive results on VO₂max, lactate concentration in blood and pulse rate in training and rest. which is reflected in the performance improvement and the record level of the competitor
