The effect of cascade relaxation exercises on some psychological and physiological implications Among preparatory year students

Abstract:
The research aimed to identify the effect of cascade relaxation exercises on some psychological and physiological implications of preparatory year students at alasala private schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The researcher used the experimental approach to design the one group with the pre-measurement and the post-measurement for its suitability to the nature of the research on a sample of (15) students whose ages ranged between (17-19) years, Research tools include a measure of psychological tension among university students, prepared by the researcher and physiological measurements of blood catecholamines (epinephrine - light epinephrine - dopamine), The researcher used the SPSS V 26 statistical program.
The most important results indicated were:
1. The cascade relaxation exercises used helped reduce stress in all parts of the body that affected students before entering the tests.
2. Successive relaxation exercises used positively affected the blood catecholamines of (epinephrine - norepinephrine - dopamine).
3. The cascade relaxation exercises used contribute to directing student stress to the optimum level, which reflects its effect on the results.
