Abstract

The research aims to design a training program using three disparate periods to calm the summit and know its impact on the digital level for the Jungle Club swimmers for short swimming (100m butterfly swimming). The researcher used the experimental method by using the experimental design of three experimental groups by following the pre and post measurements of the three experimental groups. The research sample was chosen by the deliberate method of the swimming club in the Forest Club in Heliopolis in Cairo, 16 years of age, and the number of 24 swimmers registered in the Egyptian Swimming Federation during the training season (2018 m - 2019 m) The primary research sample included 18 swimmers divided into three experimental groups, and the exploratory study sample included 6 swimmers outside the main sample strength and from the same research community. And the most important results were the presence of an improvement in the variable of the digital level of the performance time of 100 m butterfly swimming for the three experimental groups, and this indicates that the varying periods between 6-18 days calming before the tournament, following the method of gradually decreasing the load was having a clear impact on the variable of the digital level and was The highest percentage change was in favor of the second experimental group by 5.67%, followed by the third group with 5.37%, then the first experimental group with 2.04%.
