Summary
This study is one of the studies that shed scientific light on the weakest new learning methods that combine e-learning with traditional learning. The study aimed to identify the impact of the use of blended learning on cognitive achievement and reduce test anxiety and learn some basic skills in volleyball The researcher has the experimental approach, and the basic research sample was chosen randomly, with a strength of (26) students, at a rate of (76%) of the total research population, and they were divided into two equal groups. The strength of each group reached (13) students, and the researcher used the cognitive achievement test prepared by The researcher and the scale (lowering test anxiety). The most important results indicated that both the traditional method and the blended learning method have a positive effect in improving students' level of practical performance of the skills in research and improving the cognitive level and reducing the level of test anxiety among students, the experimental group that used the learning method Mixing on the control group that used the traditional method to improve students' level of practical performance of the skills in question and improve the level of knowledge and reduce Their test anxiety level.
