Abstract

The junior stage under 14 years of age may cause boredom to the youth of tennis from physical training, and confusion from some coaches as a result of the youngster's attempt to escape or laziness from the physical side, and therefore the solution may be represented by the S.A.Q training to form the physical preparation of a group of different activities in fitness programs, and on According to the researcher’s knowledge, the S.A.Q training was not used in tennis especially in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The research aims to: Design a training program using the S.A.Q training to identify: - The effect of using S.A.Q training in developing the transition speed, agility and kinematic speed of tennis under 14 years of age, the effect of using S.A.Q training on the level of skill performance of tennis athletes under 14 years of age, having The researcher used the experimental method using the method of tribal and dimensional measurements on two groups, one of which is a control, and the other is experimental. Statistical treatments: T. test, rate of change, and the experimental group that the S.A.Q training program was applied to outperformed the control group in the S.A.Q Index (transition speed, agility, forward and backward transmission speed) as well as in the level of skill performance of the strikes The forward and posterior ground being considered, the S.A.Q training showed an improvement in the increased rate of transmission speed for the experimental group.
