The effect of elements segmentation on learning the handspring double salto forward tuck(roch) on vaulting table

The study aims to reach the effectiveness of the segmentation process wich is dividing the gymnastics elements into decisive performance stages and then building up the suitable training program by using the special preparation exercises for every stage separately and for the full performance as base for teaching the high difficulties on vaulting table . the experimental method been used at the study. One group pre and post test method using a sample of one gymnast for program application .the training program lasts for twelve weeks included seventy two training units .number of thirteen expert accepted the training program and the segmentation process . the most important result of the study came as performing the roch with high degree of mastery and that what the study built for .
