Abstract

Percentage distribution of GRF and EMG variables for some specific exercises to perform Counter movement jump with arm swing jump in volleyball

The aim of the research is a Percentage distribution of GRF and EMG variables for some specific exercises to perform Counter movement jump with arm swing jump in volleyball player. The research sample was chosen intentionally, three players from the highest levels in volleyball (age 21.62 ± .51, length 185.24 ± 4.24, weight 78 ± 1.41). In order to master their performance of hitting, sending, and blocking skills in volleyball, FORCE PLATE FORME Bertec4060-10 force measuring platform devices were used to measure the ground force impulses for an uplift man and the results were analyzed using the sigview v3.0 program and the electrical activity of the muscles was measured using the Myon electromograph device Simply Wireless EMG The results were analyzed using the Simi 3D motion analyzes system program and the most important results were that the specific exercise using the distributed elastic is the best exercise in training the rate of strength growth in relation to time and electrical activity of the muscles of the vaulting movement of the arms swing in volleyball, followed by the development of the rate of strength growth As for the time in a row, exercises (medical ball - long sticks - sandbags distributed). As for increasing muscle activity, exercises were successively (distributed sandbags - medical balls - long sticks).
