Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the effect of contextual interference of three types of practice on learning some fundamental movements for children . The researcher followed the experimental approach using three experimental groups, the first experimental group (Constant practice (low interference) , and the second experimental group (Blocked practice (medium interference) , the third experimental group (Random practice (high interference) .The final number of the sample reached 30 children (15 boys, 15 girls), they were randomly distributed among the three experimental groups, 10 children in each group (5 boys, 5 girls) . The results indicated a positive effect for the three levels of contextual interference (low, medium, high) on learning the fundamental movements of children from 6 to 7 years old, noting that the effect of using the blocked practice (low interference) outweighs the effect of using both constant and random practice, as well as the effect of using constant practice on the effect of using random practice .
