The study aimed to identify the conceptual framework and the importance of e-governance, and to identify targets and on the dimensions and requirements of the application of e-governance in the sports federations in the Kingdom of Bahrain. It was used descriptive approach through surveys. And ensure community sample and study administrators and Executives in Riadih.autam unions use the questionnaire as a tool head of the data collection. The study reached the following conclusions: that e-governance based on a three-gloss technology is a technology as processes, outputs Altknologeya and technology as a process and outputs together. And the application of e-governance to achieve economic dimensions, social and human. And the application of e-governance demands requires the support and the support of the senior management of the organization, staff training on the use and applications of e-governance and the provision of infrastructure and the potential for application in the organization. The study recommended the El importance of drawing the road map for the implementation of e-governance in sports institutions and the need to assign the management of those with experience and specialization for information management and analysis, and for marketing, media and advertising.
