The requirements for the application of privatization in some clubs

The application of privatization in some
 sports clubs in Kuwait

        The researcher used the descriptive method followed by the survey method on a sample of (75) individuals. Among the research tools: a questionnaire about the requirements of applying the privatization of sports clubs.                                                                                                               
The most important results are:                                      
1 - The first axis: Methods and methods of privatization of Kuwaiti sports clubs:   
- Partial privatization of projects including management without assets.
- Selling projects to their employees, which provides them with the incentive to improve performance (distribution of shares).                                      
2 - The second axis: Legislative and legal requirements for the privatization of Kuwaiti sports clubs:                                           
- Creating legislation and laws guaranteeing the rights of (surplus) workers when privatizing sports clubs.                                               
- Establishing rules guaranteeing full transparency and openness when sports clubs move to privatizat.                                                                                 
3 - The third axis: the funding requirements for the privatization of Kuwaiti sports clubs:                                                  
- The need to find a management of sports marketing as a tool for financing sports clubs.                                                                
4 - The fourth axis: the administrative requirements for the privatization of Kuwaiti sports clubs:                                                      
- Rephrasing the objectives of sports clubs to serve their progressive transformation to the privatization system.                                             
5 - Fifth axis: Technical requirements for the privatization of Kuwaiti sports clubs:      
- Intensifying awareness programs on the importance of privatization for employees in sports clubs.                                                                  
6- Sixth axis: Problems of privatization of Kuwaiti sports clubs:            
- The problem of dispensing with excessive employment in sports clubs.
