The effectiveness of eliminating some of the skills of (Osekomy – Waza) by using Pilates exercises for judokas

Abstract

The research aims to design a training program using Pilates exercises and to identify its effect on eliminating some of the skills of (Osekomy – Waza). The basic research sample was selected randomly by (10) female players in the age group (13-15) years from the July 23 Club. The exploratory study on (8) female players from the research community and outside the main sample, who are to legalize and test research tests, within the limits of the research sample and in light of the method used, the research procedures, and what has been achieved Hypotheses could be reached:
1. The highest percentage of change in the push-up test was from a handstand with a percentage (71. 21%), and the lowest percentage change in the bridge test was (11.50%).
2. As there was a change in the rest of the tests under consideration different rates
3. The rate of change in the test of the effectiveness of eliminating some ground playing skills (Osekomy – Waza) has reached a seminal rate of (91.66%).
4. The use of Pilates training had a positive effect on the experimental group under investigation, especially on The special muscle strength of the arms and the effectiveness test of some ground playing skills (Osekomy – Waza).
5. The use of Bates training has made a noticeable change in the general form of performance of the players
