Abstract

the aim of the study was to design a proposed training program using the sandy ground exercises and to know its effect on the muscular power of the legs and the digital level for the long jump beginners under 16 years old, The experimental method was used for its suitability to the nature of the research, and the research sample was chosen by the intentional method, as its strength reached (8) young people from the long jump under 16 years from the Sirs Al-Layyan Sports Club in Menoufia Governorate, and the most important results were the presence of statistically significant differences between the mean of the two pre and post measurements in the variables Physical fitness and for the benefit of telemetry, and the calculated value of the "t" was (6.13-8.61).
The rate of improvement occurring between the pre and post measures in the physical variables ranged (7.11% - 23.35%).And the existence of statistically significant differences between the mean of the pre and post measurements in the digital plane variable in favor of the post measurement, and the calculated value of “t” reached (5.29).
The rate of improvement occurring between the pre and post measures in the digital level variables was (6.99%), and the researcher attributes that change or improvement in the muscle capacity component of the two men to the young players of the research sample as a result of their exposure to the proposed training program that includes sand ground training.
