Abstract

And through the work of the researcher in the academic and training field in the field of karate for a long period of time, he noticed some deficiencies in the level of dynamic balance, which affects the level of skill performance of the players, especially on the skills of the two men, given the need for the player to maintain his balance during kicks with one of the two men. Therefore, it was important to focus during the preparation phase (public and private) on allocating a large part of the training program time for the physical preparation on the training of variable resistance in the direction of movement and its reversal to develop the dynamic balance of the player, provided that these exercises include physical and skill training using a variable set of resistors (bags Sand - weights - rubber ropes, etc.), which helps in the overall development of the dynamic balance and skill level of the kumite player.
From the foregoing, the research and application importance of testing a different set of modern exercises in the sports field, which may contribute to the development of dynamic balance and the level of skill performance of players in various sports fields, is evident, so the researcher has studied the effect of a group of variable resistance exercises on the level of dynamic balance and some of the skills of the two men. For the Egyptian national team kumite players
