The research aims to identify the effect of myotatic exercises in terms of some kinematic indicators on improving long jump racers (U20 - Boys). Curriculum used: The researcher used the semi-experimental approach to design the pre and post-measurement for one experimental group. Research Sample and Characteristics: The research community included long jump racers improvement the jump distance of long jump contestants (U20 - Boys)in the Sharkia Athletics Region and registered in the Egyptian Athletics Federation for the sports season (2019/2020) in the number of (3) sports organizations, (Al- Safwa Sports Club - Kafr Saqr Sports Club - Kafr Saqr Youth Center), the basic research sample was deliberately chosen from the long jump racers (U20 - Boys) from the Kafr Saqr Sports Club and the Kafr Saqr Youth Center, which were (6) competitors. The most important results: The training program implemented using Myotatic exercises led to some of the reflex response of the body joints (right-left) (shoulder - spine - thigh - knee - ankle) to improve the motor performance of these joints, and improvement long jump racers (U20 - Boys).
