The effect of different training surfaces on some physical - skill variables and level of performance of female karate players

Abstract

The researcher seeks to use different training surfaces to implement the training program in order to identify the effect of different training surfaces on some of the physical variables - skill and level of performance of the Kata players in karate sport. One group, and the sample was chosen by the intentional method, and the sample included 6 players, and the researcher applied the proposed training program over the course of 5 training weeks, with 5 units per week, from 4/5/2019 to 16/6/2019. The results of the dimensional measurements of the experimental group the positive effect of using different training surfaces to implement the proposed training program at the level of the physical - skill variables under study, as well as the positive effect of using different training surfaces for the application of the proposed training program on the level of technical performance of the motor sentence (kanko - show) under consideration, The researcher recommended that the content of the proposed training program be guided and the methods used through it to develop the physical abilities - special skills and the level of skill performance of the motor sentence in the phantom fighting competition "kata" in karate.
