Abstract

Effect of exercises with coordinating capabilities in some kinematic variables and preciseness of tennis Ground Forehand Stroke in beginners
Coordinating capabilities participate in constructing the total movement out of partial moves in a perfect sequence. High inter coordination between coordinating capabilities leads to the maximum achievement in performance.
Coordinating capabilities performance varies from the ordinary performance because they are considered a requested achievement of fine motor skills.
8 tennis beginners of Tanta sports club participated in this study, 5 players for basic experiment, and 3 players for pilot experiment. Pre-post tests were carried out to analyze the kinematic variables and realize the preciseness of tennis front stroke. The study tests resulted significant differences between pre-pot tests in some kinematic variables and the preciseness of tennis front stroke of the study sample. The enhancement percentage of back weight of the dominant arm recorded (3.0002% - 42.1463%), where front weight of the dominant arm recorded (4.6638% - 50.9835%), and the second of stroking the ball recorded enhancement percentage with (8.8459% - 101.0061%). The study concluded that the coordinating exercises enhanced the speed of elbow, shoulder joints and the center of body gravity. Feet position, widen fulcrum, increased elbow joint angle, decreasing shoulder joint angle and increasing the racket and the ball speed were a direct result of coordinating exercises.
