Home exercise program and its effect on Psychological Happiness & Positive Thinking during Covid-19

Abstract

The research aim to design home exercise program for women and identify its effect on psychological happiness & Positive thinking during Covid -19 .The researcher used the experimental method on a sample of (42) women divided into (12) women as an experimental group and (30) women as a survey sample for validity and reliability of psychological happiness scale and positive thinking scale , (8) women was taken from suevey sample to apply one training session from the program and identify any difficulties in implementation of the proposed home exercise program .Their age range from (49-50) years old .The program was applied for (8) weeks (4) times a week and consist of :Aerobic exercise and exercise for different muscle groups (Arms –Abdomen-Back-legs).The results shows positive effect of proposed home exercise program on psychological happiness and positive thinking ,significant correlation between psychological happiness and positive thinking for the experimental group and increase in improvement ratio for both psychological happiness and positive thinking
