Abstract

The effect of chi kong exercises on some physiological, biological, and chemical variables, and the level of skill performance in motor expression
The researcher conducted the study with the aim of identifying the extent of the influence of Chi Kong exercises on some physiological and biochemical variables represented in (pulse rate - respiratory rate - concentration of V.M.A acid in urine), Some psychological variables, namely (anxiety - the ability to relax), And the level of skillful performance in the movement expression of the beginners in practicing the movement expression, The researcher used the experimental method by designing the pre and post measurement on two equivalent groups, one control and the other experimental, The sample included (14) female subjects. The experiment was applied to the research sample for a period of 8 weeks, with three units per week, unit time (60) minutes, After the implementation of the Kikong training program, the most important results were achieved by the Kik Gong exercises, which proved their effectiveness by positively affecting the pulse rate - the respiratory rate - the concentration of V.M.A acid in the urine, They also had a great impact on the psychological aspect, as they directly affected the rate of anxiety, the ability to relax, and the improvement of the level of skill performance in the motor expression.
