The effect of training on developing the ability to skills and some skills in rhythmic exercise
The research aims to identify: The effect of complex training on developing muscular capacity and some movement skills in rhythmic exercises for students of the fourth year (specializing in exercises) at the Faculty of Physical Education in Al-Arish The researcher used the training curriculum for one experimental group, and the researcher selected the research sample by the deliberate method from the students of the fourth year "Specialization Exercises" at the Faculty of Physical Education in Al-Arish, where the total sample strength reached (28) students, and (12) students were selected as a basic sample (one group) ), In addition to selecting (5) female students from the same research community and outside the basic sample as an exploratory sampl
The training program was implemented in the period from 10/13/2019 to 15/12/2019, and the implementation of the program took (8) weeks, with (3) training units. The researcher reached conclusions that the ulcerated training program using compound training has a positive effect on the development of muscular capacity in the research sample. It also has a positive effect on some of the motor skills under investigation (horse step - front scissors - gap) in rhythmic exercises.
