Abstract

Effectiveness of Pilates exercise on physical abilities and Digital level for race walking player

Research objective: The research aims to identify the effect of Pilates training on some physical variables and the digital level of walking players in North Sinai.
The method used: the experimental method by designing the pre and post measurement for one experimental group < br /> Research sample and its characteristics: The researchers deliberately selected the research sample from the 10,000m female walking athletes in North Sinai Al-Arish Sports Club, and (8) athletes were selected for the 2019-2020 training season under 20 years as a basic sample (one group).
The most important results: - The effect of using Pilates training on the physical variables of the research sample.
The training program using Pilates exercises has a positive impact on the digital level for the female athletes who walk 10,000 meters in North Sinai.Chronological distribution of the training unit content:
- The preparatory part (warm-up): It takes (10 s) to prepare all the muscles of the body in general.
The main part: It takes (30-35 BC) of total time, in addition to skill training (1800 BC). The closing part
- (Calming down) and it takes (5 BC)
Recommendations:
1- Rationalizing the scientific foundations and the characteristics of the training loads proposed in the program within the training of young people during the various age stages of the various types of walking competition.
2- Interest in developing Pilates training
