Abstract

The impact of mental training program using some psychological skills on the accuracy of some basic skills for Tennis junior
The research aims to identify the Impact of a mental training program using some psychological skills on the accuracy of some basic skills for tennis juniors, through: Identifying the impact of the proposed program on developing mental skills (relaxation - Mental Imagery - focusing attention) and the accuracy of basic skills for tennis juniors The experimental approach was used to design the two measurements, pre and post, on a sample (25), and the basic research sample was chosen by an intentional random method from the Nile Sports Club, and its strength was 15 tennis juniors, in addition to 10 players as an exploratory sample, who were randomly selected.


The most important results is:

- There are statistically significant differences between the pre-measurement and the post-measurement in favor of the post-measurement in the accuracy of the basic skills under consideration (Serve - forhand - backhand).
- There are differences for the pre-dimensional measurements in the variables of (Muscle tension - Mental Imagery - focusing attention) in favor of telemetry.
