Abstract

The effect of more frequent balance and kinematic postures exercises on the technical performance of some skill methods of the kinetic sentence (GojuShiho Dai. Kata) in karate.
The research aims to identify the extent of the influence of postural stability and motor transport training exercises on the technical performance of some skill methods of the motor sentence (GoJushiho Dai Kata) in the sport of karate.
The researcher used the experimental method of pre-post measurement for one experimental group of 16-18 years of age in the Cairo Karate District of the Al-Ahly Club, and the most important results were as follows:
1) The level of technical performance improved in the most frequent equilibrium conditions of some skill techniques of the kinetic sentence (GoJushiho Dai Kata) under study by (15.415%, 15.109%, 15.456%).
2) The improvement of the technical performance of the kinetic transmission of some skill methods of the kinetic sentence (GoJushiho Dai Kata) under discussion by (18.624%, 19.301%, 18.838%, 18.542%).
3) An improvement in the technical performance of the three skill motor segments (first, second, and third) of the kinematic sentence (GoJushiho Dai Kata) under discussion by (12.334%, 14.060%, 14.115%).
4) An improvement in the general technical performance of the motor sentence (GoJushiho Dai Kata) by (12.501%).
