Abstract

The study aims to know the effect of the comprehensive teaching method supported by video pocket on the cognitive achievement and skill of the long jump for secondary education students for the first secondary students at Mubarak Secondary School for boys in the Montazah Educational Administration, Alexandria Governorate, in the academic year (2018/2019) they were chosen by the simple random method The researcher used the experimental approach with the experimental design of the two groups, one experimental and the other controlling, using the pre-post measurement of the two groups on a sample consisting of (48) students of the first grade secondary school, and the sample was divided into two groups, each group (24 students) The researcher conducted homogeneity and parity among the sample membersThe researcher concluded that the use of a comprehensive teaching method supported by video should lead to an increase in the performance level of the experimental group students in the skill of the long jump by stepping into the air for first-grade students, and it was more effective than the traditional learning method (commands) of the control group in teaching the skill of the long jump Stepping in the air for the first year high school students
