Abstract

especially with genotype boxers (ACE). DD) and those who are characterized by showing a high degree of ability during a relatively short period. This has focused the efforts of scientists and specialists in searching for the best ways and means leading to the improvement of the physical and skill level, and accordingly, many methods and training methods have emerged, including what gives long periods of rest that may reach or exceed the actual performance period The so-called distributed training or granting breaks shorter than the actual performance period was the so-called intensive training, the aim of the research:
Identify the effect of anaerobic training in the two styles of distributed and intense rest on some physical and physiological variables and bear the attacking performance of boxers
Conclusions:
The use of the intensive style anaerobic training regimen is more effective with genotype boxers (ACE.DD).
The anaerobic exercise program using the distributed training method led to the improvement of some physical and physiological variables and the tolerance of the offensive performance under consideration.
The anaerobic exercise program using the intensive training method led to the improvement of the physical and physiological variables and the tolerance of the offensive performance under investigation.
