The effect of S.A.Q training on 200m under-18 runners' time

Abstract

The research aims to investigate the effect of S.A.Q training on the 200m running time under 18 years old.
To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher has used the experimental method with the help of the experimental design of pre- and post-measurements of one group. The researcher has selected the sample of the research using the deliberate way of the physically disabled category 200m runners Kafr el-Sheikh sport Club, Kafr el-Sheikh governorate in the sports season of (2019-2020), eight players included three of 200m runners from Tanta sport club and out of research’s sample .
Among the most important results is that the implementation of the training program led to a positive improvement rate in all physical tests, especially the overall compatibility of the body, and it had the highest improvement rate in the rope skipping test (26.1%).The researcher attributes this to the fact that S.A.Q exercises led to the development of most of the compatibility- related Abilities , especially the overall body compatibility.
One of the most important recommendations is using the complementary training programs side by side with weights and plyometric trainings as S.Q.A. trainings in track competitions in one program.
Use S.A.Q in a manner consistent with the muscular nature of track racing in the season before competitions with a minimum of one month and a maximum of two months
