Abstract

The dynamics of developing the strength of the center muscles and their effect on bone mineral density and some physiological, physical and skill variables for squash players
The research aims to identify the effect of functional strength training on bone density and content and some physiological, physical and skill variables for squash players. The researcher used the experimental method for its relevance to the type and nature of this research through experimental design using the pre and post measurements of two groups, one experimental and the other control, and the researchers selected the research sample By the deliberate method of squash beginners for the age group of under 19 years from the Al Zuhoor Sports Club, their number is (20) young, and the researchers used physical and skill tests as a means of collecting data, and the most important results were the proposed training program using functional strength training which led to an improvement in the concentration of the hormone calcitonin and calcium in the blood and the density and bone content Lumbar vertebrae in the spine and thigh bones of the experimental group, the proposed training program using functional strength training led to the improvement of physical variables (the ability of the lower abdominal muscles, the ability of the lower back muscles, the ability of the muscles of the two sides, static balance, motor balance) in the experimental group, the proposed training program Using Functional strength training improved front and back side strokes in the experimental group.
