Summary of research This research aims to design a training program using Olympic lifts training and to know its effectiveness on : • The peak torque strengths of the sample in question Numeric level of the Javelin Throwing competition for the sample in question • The experimental approach was used for its relevance to the nature of the research with the experimental design of one group using pre and post measurement. • The research community includes throwing players under 20 years old who are enrolled in the records of the Egyptian Athletics Federation for the 2019/2020 sports season. The basic research sample was deliberately chosen from Al-Ahly and Al-Shams club players and they were (8) players (6) as a basic sample of (4) Young men from Al-Ahly club and (2) from Al-Shams club, (2) from Al-Shams club were selected from the same research community and outside the basic research sample in order to conduct the exploratory study on them. The researcher reached the following conclusions: • Olympic lifting exercises have a positive effect on all the physical measurements under consideration, represented in (snatch - jerk - dead lift - flexibility - sitting half). • Olympic lifting training has a positive effect on the special strength (momentum) of the players
Olympic lifting training has a positive effect on the numerical level, which is represented by the performance distance
