Abstract

The role of the administrative Leadership in developing the organizational culture to sports activity managers in some Egyptian sports clubs. The administrative leadership is specialized in the effective influence on the activity and directing it towards the goal and working hard to achieve it. The administrative leadership is interested in coordinating between individuals and groups and urging them to reach and achieve a desired goal. It also directs the human element in an organized way towards achieving goals in the best way. Therefore, the administrative leader is the business maker and an implementer of policy, plans and goals and he is the theorist. The current research aims at recognizing the role of administrative leadership in developing the organizational culture of sports administrator. The researcher used the descriptive approach as it is suitable to the nature, objectives and procedures of the research. The sample was a total of 180 administrators. They were divided into 40 members as a sample to the exploratory study. And to find the scientific parameters, the authenticity and consistency of the questionnaire. Also, a number of 140 administrators to perform the final application of the questionnaire. One of the most important results was that the administrative leadership must understand the dimensions and components of the organizational culture as it is the environment in which organizations live.
