Abstract

Volleyball is one of the sports that has different characteristics that distinguish it from other sports due to the many benefits it brings to its practitioners in terms of physical, kinetic, psychological and social. Therefore, this game has progressed with concrete steps in recent years in the world and Olympic tournaments, and this is due to several variables and aspects that countries have realized The advanced in this game and subjected it to research and study as access to the high level in the game of volleyball needs to focus on certain physical abilities without others, in certain stages of sports training because these abilities have the primary role in scoring points and winning matches.
"Ali Mustafa" (1999 AD) asserts that volleyball is considered an open skill game that requires the trainee a high concentration in order to learn it. Among these skills is the crushing and blocking wall, as it is one of the important skills in volleyball because it is one of the defensive and offensive skills. Searching for the latest methods, means and methods in order to learn and master them. (18: 85)
Muhammad Sobhi Hassanein and Hamdi Abdel Moneim (1997) explain that the time has come to use advanced methods of training that enable coaches to obtain a better level for their teams and achieve results on the competing teams (22:18).
