Abstract

The teacher is the basis on which the educational process is based, so he must enjoy good mental, physical and mobility health, and an integrated and balanced personality that reflects the state of satisfaction with his life that he lives because his actions are directly reflected on his students, and there are a lot of psychological pressures that have been imposed recently in light of the Corona pandemic That may affect his mental and physical health
Believing in the importance of the teacher's role in the success of the educational process, it is one of the main pillars in this process, and it is his responsibility to achieve the educational goals pursued by the educational system in the State of Kuwait. With the whole world due to the Corona virus, many challenges, difficulties and psychological pressures have emerged that must be eliminated and dealt with in a scientific and developed manner.
The research aims to identify the effect of a relaxation exercise program in reducing psychological pressure among physical education teachers in Kuwait in light of the Corona pandemic, through:
1. Identify the differences between the pre and post measurement in the level of psychological stress.
2. Identify the improvement rates between the pre and post measurements in the level of psychological stress.
