Abstract

The research aims to answer "Does practicing zomba exercises have an effect on the ratio of the concentration of the hormone adiponectin and on some components of obesity, the most dangerous disease present in the current era, as the availability of comfort factors and the lack of effort exerted by the person and the imbalance between calories consumed and calories lost were reflected This negatively affects the health of the individual, as many diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, atherosclerosis and cholesterol appeared, and some scientific reports indicated a link between obesity and breast cancer. Chlebowski (2002). Obesity is widespread in most countries, both developing and developed, in obese females of ages. 18-25 years? ”, Through a Zumba training program, the researcher used the experimental method on a sample of (16) practices from female members of a fitness center, and they were divided randomly into two groups, one experimental and the other control. The Zumba program was applied to the experimental group without control. And the most important results of the study resulted in the fact that zumba training led to an increase in the hormone adiponectin in the blood of females, and the practice of zumba training for a period of (8) weeks led To a decrease in weight and body fat percentage, arms, legs and waist for obese females from the ages of 18-25 years.
