Knowledge sharing and its relationship to organizational performance in sports clubs in Dakahlia Governorate

Abstract

The research aims to identify the relationship between knowledge sharing and the organizational performance of workers in sports clubs in Dakahlia Governorate, in addition to explaining the difference in this according to the variables of each of the job level and academic qualification. To achieve this, the researchers used a questionnaire of (knowledge participation) and (organizational performance) as a tool to collect data and information from a survey sample of (30) and a basic sample consisting of (112) of workers in sports clubs in Dakahlia Governorate. The results of the description of the research showed that the calculated value of (Ca2) is greater than the tabular (9.49), for all the expressions of the two questionnaires, as the value of (Ca2) calculated ranged between (9.50: 70.85), which shows that there are statistically significant differences in all the statements. In light of the research hypotheses, the conclusions indicated the existence of a positive statistically significant correlation at the level (0.01) between the cognitive participation in its axes and the organizational performance of its axes, and the existence of a positive statistically significant correlation relationship at the level (0.05) between the reality of the practice of cognitive sharing processes And the functional level of the research sample, while there are no differences between the mean scores of the research sample in the cognitive participation questionnaire and the organizational performance questionnaire.
