Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of mental training on some biochemical variables of catecholamine and the degree of competition anxiety test in the period of competitions in swimming, before and directly after competition among swimmers, the researcher used the semi-experimental method using measurements (pre- and postural) on one group, The research sample was deliberately chosen from the junior swimmers at the 15th of May club for the age group of (14-15) years, the research sample consisted of (20) swimmers divided as follows (10) swimmers for the exploratory study, (10) swimmers, the study sample divided into (5) Belly crawl swimmers, (3) back crawl swimmers, (2) butterfly swimmers. The most important results resulted in the presence of statistically significant differences in the pre-measurement of the first and second competition in the biochemical variables of catecholamine amine, where the arithmetic mean of the MAV acid concentration in the urine came for the first competition (1.56) and for the second competition (1.36) with a change rate (24.86%), and the arithmetic mean of the anxiety test came The mathematical competition for the first competition (23.44) and for the second competition (20.33) with a change rate (13.26%), in favor of the second competition. There are statistically significant differences for the telemetry of the first and second competition in the biochemical variables of catecholamine, where the arithmetic mean of M.A. V in the urine for the first competition (2.85) and for the second competition (2.19) with a change rate (23.16%) in favor of the second competition
