Abstract

Through the work of the researcher as a trainer and judging many taekwondo tournaments (Kirogi) and due to the constant amendments to the law that in turn affected the way of playing inside the matches through the use of offensive methods with a greater proportion of defensive and offensive methods during the matches, the researcher found a decrease in the level of endurance of skill performance of some players Taekwondo, and this can be seen through the emergence of signs of fatigue and the inability to continue to perform offensive skills, the research aims to use "CROSS FIT" exercises and identify its effect on the rate of blood lactate concentration, and the tolerance for skill performance of Taekwondo players, within the limits The aim of the research and the procedures followed, and by discussing and interpreting the results and the results of the statistical treatments, the researcher was able to reach the following conclusions:
1- The use of "Crossfit" exercises helps in bearing the concentration of blood lactate at greater rates that can be clearly noticeable after the effort from three to four minutes of traditional exercises.
2- Using "Crossfit" exercises does not affect the rate of blood lactate concentration at rest time or ten minutes or more after exertion.
3- The use of "Cross Fit" exercises helps in raising the level of endurance of skillful performance of Taekwondo players (research sample).
