Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effect of a proposed educational program using Tae-bo water exercises on the motor abilities (agility - endurance - flexibility - balance - strength characterized by speed - muscle-nerve compatibility) and the level of skillful performance in rhythmic swimming, and the study was applied to (40) female students who were divided To an experimental group of (20) female students and a control group of (20) female students, who were randomly selected from third grade in the academic year (2017-2018), The educational program using Tae-bo water exercises applied to experimental group, while the control group used the traditional program followed in the faculty. The most important results revealed superiority of experimental group’s students female, over the control group in some Tae-bo water exercises on the motor abilities (agility - endurance - flexibility - balance - strength characterized by speed - muscle-nerve compatibility) and the level of skillful performance in rhythmic swimming, and the researcher recommends generalizing using modified Tae-bo water in teaching other swimming methods, conducting more research and studies on using (Tae-bo water) and its effect the motor abilities and skill performance for different swimming methods.
