Electronic management is one of the fruits of technical development in the field of communication, after the emergence of the information revolution and the communications revolution that helped the development of computers and its technologies, and the study aimed mainly to identify electronic management as a tool to improve administrative communication systems between the Ministry of Youth and Sports and its institutions, and the researcher used the descriptive approach, The sample of the basic study reached (87) subjects, and the questionnaire and the personal interview were used as a tool to collect data The most important results of the study were that the electronic administration aims to activate communication between employees in the institution electronically and to overcome spatial and time barriers within the institution, and one of the most important recommendations was the need to pay attention to training for workers in the field of electronic management, to increase the material and moral incentives to use electronic technologies The necessity of having media programs to raise awareness of the importance of electronic work..
