Abstract

This research aims to design a training program to develop the speed of the motor response and its effect on the speed and accuracy of the response strikes of tennis players.

(1) There are statistically significant differences between the means of the pre and post measurements of the experimental group in tests of the speed of the movement response and the speed and accuracy of the strikes of the transmission response
(2) There are statistically significant differences between the means of the pre and post measurements of the control group in tests of the speed of the movement response and the speed and accuracy of the strikes of the transmission response.
(3) There are statistically significant differences between the mean of the two research groups (experimental - control) in tests of the speed of the kinematic response and the speed and accuracy of the transmission response strikes
(4) The rates of improvement in the physical and skill tests of the post-measurement of the experimental and control groups in favor of the experimental group.
The curriculum used and the research sample:
The researchers used the experimental method on a sample of 40 tennis players under 14 years old in Sharkia governorate, and they are 5 clubs (Employees Club at Zagazig University - Sharqia Sports Club - El Sekka El Hadid Club - El Masreya Club - Grand Slam Academy). The researcher selected the sample by an intentional method and included: 8 for players from Staff Club
